Band split in 1979 due to the singer (Me) going to prison . On my parole in 1981, the band were asked to appear on the "Twentieth Century Box" which was a 'LWT' program and was hosted by 'Janet Street-Porter' & 'Danny Baker'.
Later that year, old friend of the band 'Howard Jones' asked the 'Xtraverts' to be his backing band!!
