Formed in late 77 by ex-Tonge (the band that turned into The Depressions) guitarist Melvyn Taylor.

They played many gigs on their local circuit including a support slot with The Depressions at The New Regent. Their main claim to fame was supporting The Boys at the Croydon Greyhound on new years day, 1978. The packed venue failing to appreciate their Stooges style Punk Rock resulting in the set finishing with a stunned silence followed by hails of abuse with even the DJ chipping in over the P.A "Thanks to The Force for playing here tonight.....or trying to play anyway. I don't think we'll be seeing them at the Greyhound again."
