Above is an original 3" Tin Badge from the late 70's that was actually made by 'Steve Voice'.
The story goes that London were back stage one day waiting to go on and 'Gene October' of Chelsea went up to 'Riff Regan' the singer of London and asked why he was wearing a London badge. Riff replied that he was in the band. Gene then asked if Chelsea were on the badge, luckily they were but then Gene wanted to know why London were in bigger text than his band to which he walked off shaking his head!
