The Private Vices were a typical London Punk band that included members from Paris as well as London and came together in the fall of 1977.
They were managed by 'Dave Davis' who got they regular gigs around the UK.
Sadly the band called it a day after a series of gigs at the 'Gibus Club', Paris in December 1979.
In their two year existence, they only left us two cracking tracks that appear on the French 'Skydog' Label which were recorded at London based 'Rockstar Studio' in April 1979. The tracks were 'Paris 84' & 'Total Cotrol'.

A few years later, the 'Total Control' track was re-recorded by Nogin' new band 'Red Rage' and released on the Flicknife label. The artwork to this release was done by ex Private Vices member 'Bruno Blum'.
