Hailing from the west Country, this short lived band came about after two other local unsuccessful bands folded! Dickie Hart had previously played in "The Waste Band" who were a Rhythm & Blues band but also played in 'Plummet Airlines' before that along side 'Simon Bladon'. The other local band were "Trial By Error", which included 'Bert Biscoe', 'Woody & Steve Hudson'.
This line-up only played a handful of gigs before changing their name to 'The Brainiac Five'.
Shortly afterwards, 'Bert Biscoe' left and was replaced by ex 'Plummet Airlines' 'Richard Booth'.
