The above item is a bit of a strange item. It appeared on ebay by the seller "chimpylugs1".

The description read:

In march 1978 the group appeared at the Virgin Record store in Leeds to promote the release of their debut LP "Another Music In A Different Kitchen". The Daily Mirror Pop Club organised a balloon race and the BUZZCOCKS let 50 helium filled balloons go free outside the store. All the balloons had the bright dayglo orange postcards attached and anybody who caught a balloon and sent the postcard to the Daily Mirror received a copy of the LP along with a poster and pin badge.
